Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 30 days of payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take additional time. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on all orders totaling $50.00 USD or more. This offer applies automatically at checkout — no coupon code required.

International Shipping
Rest of World — Carrier-Calculated Rates
For orders shipping to countries outside the United States (excluding our designated International Market), rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your package weight, dimensions, and destination. The following carriers are available:
- USPS — rates calculated at checkout
- DHL Express — DHL Express Worldwide service; rates calculated at checkout
- FedEx — FedEx International Connect Plus service; rates calculated at checkout
No additional handling fees are applied to carrier-calculated rates.
International Market Rate
Customers in our designated International Market (covering 239 countries and territories, including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, and more) may qualify for a free shipping rate applied automatically at checkout where eligible.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery windows below begin after your order has been fully processed (up to 30 days). Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control.
- US Standard Shipping: Delivery timeframe varies by carrier and destination within the United States.
- US Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery than Standard; exact window shown at checkout.
- International (Carrier-Calculated): Delivery timeframes are estimated by the selected carrier at checkout.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
